We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything looking spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including spacious rooms and great room service. Parking was always available, which was convenient for us. The transportation card provided by the hotel allowed us to travel for free to nearby cities, including Freiburg. The location was also great, close to the thermal baths and with lower prices compared to other places. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had a wonderful experience.

The hotel was located close to a popular thermal spa and it was easy to access. the room was clean and we appreciated the fresh towels and bed linens. Another great thing that we enjoyed during our Christmas visit was the cozy atmosphere, which made us feel right at home.
The internet connection was terrible and it was almost impossible to browse websites. there was a limited selection of breakfast products, which was a letdown.
